Crystal manages the day to day operations and administration of the office.  She is a valued team member that provides the support and expertise needed to allow Mark to focus on time with clients and prospects.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Managing back office and administrative tasks.
  • Scheduling appointments with clients.
  • Maintaining client database and master calendar.
  • Answering phones and assisting clients with service requests.
  • Keeping agent licensing up to date.
  • Preparing client service correspondence.
  • Managing compliance regulations and following approval processes.
